Our crew installed eight #2 exterior helical piles to strengthen the home. We strategically placed five in one concentrated area and three in other zones based on the settlement pattern. In some spots, we drilled as deep as five feet until we hit solid bedrock, ensuring the piles could fully support the structure.
Two additional piles were installed inside the home, requiring careful cutting and removal of the concrete slab floor in an interior room. This demonstrates our team’s precision and care even in the tightest conditions.
